Conversation Categories & Pricing:
- Utility Conversations: Facilitate agreed-upon transactions or updates, including post-purchase notifications. Rate: ₹0.31 per message
- Marketing Conversations: Include promotions, offers, or informational updates. Rate: ₹0.73 per message
- Transactional Conversations (Authentication): Enable user authentication with one-time passcodes. Rate: (Pending finalization)
- Service Conversations (User-Initiated): Help customers resolve inquiries. Rate: ₹0.30 per message
Free Tier Conversations: Each WhatsApp Business Account receives 1,000 free service conversations per month, refreshed monthly. Marketing, utility, and authentication conversations are not included in this free tier.
