About the Role:
CitySahara, on behalf of Business Junction, invites applications for a dynamic Telecalling and Back Office role in Gwalior. We are looking for proactive candidates with excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions, assist in back-office operations, and contribute to our growing business network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound and inbound calls to potential customers.
- Address inquiries, provide product/service information, and maintain client relationships.
- Handle data entry, record-keeping, and documentation tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the management.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
- Prior experience in telecalling or back-office operations is preferred but not mandatory.
